Fair prices but front desk is not the best, always on the phone and doesn’t deliver the full customer service experience, waited for 40 mins just to pay, if I wanted to I could’ve left and she wouldn’t have even noticed.

Went for an alignment for my car. They told me I need new tires before alignment,because the inner sides of front tires are damaged due to alignment issue. I went to Costco replaced new tires and came back have the alignment done. Few days ago, I went to Costco to do the first tire rotation after tire replacement, I was told my car need alignment , the front tires are damaged due to alignment issue. So I went to Ruben's,some guy told me alignment only 2 month warranty. There's nothing they can do. I have my car maintaince by Ruben's for few year. I don't know why the alignment didn't work at all. It's still keep damaging my tires. I'm very disappointed.

Really good service, Hector knows cars and tires very well and he gave me a great deal. They also do body and paint which makes it even more convenient to take my car for all type of needs to one place.
