Great location for a child's birthday party. You can rent the Pavillions and the kiddos will have the playground and splash pad to stay entertained. This is a very clean park with lots of beauty and open space to run around!

Great park! With a splash pad, a small playground but a huge Field to picnic, fly a kite, play catch etc... A walkway that leads to some nice tranquil scenery. A pier which you can spot some ducklings and turtles. Some workout machines and health tips. A basketball court, tennis court. Overall a great place, highly recommend.

Beautiful park, open field, different kinds of plants, animals, walk way over water. Wouldn't have birthday parties here because there's really only one pavilion with tables. Really cool splash pad for kids

The park is always kept pristine. Lots of events and love the choice of food trucks. This time got to partake of 'Over Rice'! Such excellent Filipino food!!

City of Longwood has their Truck or Treat event from 3pm to 6pm. The farmers market is also there in the morning.
Yes the parking lot is very close, but on Saturday it is quite crowded so you may not find a spot close
I believe that it opens at 10AM but I've never been that early, and they always close at 6PM. It is also open Tue-Sun, they are closed on Monday.

No dogs unless it is an event for dogs,this is an Ampatheater / park they have a splash pad for the littles check on days there open but they do shows there and bring a full bar and food trucks,there's always doing something special on weekends

I was there on Friday and it wasn't on yet, still surrounded by cones.
I would doubt is since they have spent millions renovating it.
