I love this sonic. When something seemed off about my receipt they took the time to figure it out and made it a teachable moment for the person running the register that was new but a delight to interact with. And they have the best tasting burger out of any sonic in central Florida. Perfect tots.

Horrible customer service, The drive thru has a horrible setup, I waited in line for 15 mins just to pass the actual intercom without realizing it. No one ever spoke out so I never noticed it until I got to the window. I asked if I could order my slushy at the window and they told me I’d have to go back around… If I wasn’t black I wonder how differently that would’ve played out.. so here I am, BACK OF THE LINE again after I drove 20 mins just to get a slushy , waiting ANOTHER 15 MINUTES. Been here since 6pm and it is now 6:30pm. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE LOCATION. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

We ordered 2 sides of French fries. A family arrived 10 minutes after us. They ordered $68 worth of burgers, fries and drinks. 28 minutes later their food came out and they started eating. We still had not received our 2 orders of FRENCH FRIES!!!!! I went in to ask where it was and they gave us some excuse and just kept repeating.... "its coming. It's coming...🙄🙄🙄." If I could give zero stars I would!!!

I went to sonic on a Saturday afternoon. I placed my order. Was rushed while ordering. Then got the wrong food brought to my car twice. Sent the food back both times. Had to speak to 2 different employees & not one can get it right & gave me attitude for it. They can eff off. It was their fault for giving me 2 completely different peoples meals with other peoples names on them.
