Sonic does sell bags of ice. It's $1.19 on the weekend at the location I go to on 434 & Ronald Regan Blvd, Longwood FL. I think it goes up to $1.50 on weekdays.
Yes i have purchased from them in the past. I dont remember the price though. They came in a clear plastic with a drawstring to close it
