I'd love to have given a 0 but not an option.....I was the high bidder online and only bidder on a vehicle...quick no sale....I called auction to see if they will rerun or get me a floor....assured me they don't rerun but I would have to leave a message for sales rep-which I did......tried to message auction clerk online to let them know I was interested in that vehicle-no response....I was ready to leave work and checked post sale....vehicle sold for 800 more than I bid.....auction never gave me a chance to up my bid or counter my bid.....wasted an hour to register at auction, about an hour and a half to watch auction and bid.....about half an hour trying to get someone to talk to me after auction.....only to find out it sold to someone in lane

Terrible auction If I could give 0 stars I totally would. Been doing business with Manheim, Adesa and all other independent auctions for over 20 years and never had an issue similar to this. They denied my rep of his bidder badge because they said they caught him "tampering with a vehicle", GM's horrible response was he's your rep and he represents your dealership, spoke with my rep to get his side and he told me the car had a coil disconnected when he looked at it and all he did was simply connect it how it should've been. But the GM doesn't want to hear anyone elses side of the story besides what he says he has on camera also never offered to show me the video either. My rep sends me videos of every car that he checks and I have the video of the car being messed up before they said that he "tampered with it" my rep has a great reputation and has never had an experience like this, they have a messed up car and they want to find someone to blame it on. Terrible management. I definitely see this as racial profiling and I will escalate this case. Horizon Motors Inc

AutoNation is my favorite auction to attend within the central FL region. Their customer service is top notch! Everyone is always friendly and more than helpful, never any title issues or delays. The lot is very clean and easy to maneuver around. The gate hours are 24/7 which makes things easy also. Overall just a great auction, I feel comfortable dealing with this facility, and look forward to continue doing so!

We purchased a vehicle from Autonation Auction online through OVE, Paid for PSI to have the car inspected, after exactly 10 minutes from wining the auction I get an email saying your car passed PSI and ready for pickup!! Woow 10 minutes!!! Anyway, I get the car delivered and the minute you start her, very very loud noies coming from the lower engine, transmission doesn’t down shift properly, Arbitration manager ( Michael) advise to take the car to the dealership to get her inspected, I sure did, dealership confirm next day the car has a bad engine full of sludge, and bad transmission, I sent the car back with the dealership report, 3 days later I get an email from the arbitration manager saying the car is fine! ok, what is your proof? he said i trust my mechanic!! what a joke right? Why would I trust your shady mechanic over the dealership?! Guess what, I got the car back and she is already at the shop replacing an engine for almost 2k!! Todd the general manager was Cc in all the conversation and he never respond until maybe 2 weeks just to say sorry I’m out of town!!!!! Are you kidding me? !!! Poor management, unprofessional individuals, and customer service need a lot of improvements. I have everything documented, that was the first car from this auction and I’m 100% positive it will be the last one, thanks for the horrible experience, taking the claim to the court system.
