Shelters are all over Seminole County but do not open prior to a storm hitting as most of them operate as schools outside of being shelters. During a disaster, shelters open based on need and ability (if a shelter is damaged to where it cannot safely be opened to the public, it will likely not open), so you wouldn't see where viable shelters are until during and/or after the storm passes.
