Liheap Sanford is amazing!! They are kind and understanding of the needs we had. Coco was the wonderful lady I dealt with and she was spot on with her service and compassion!! 5 stars is not enough to express how good ladies working at this office made us feel. In desperate times you don't expect much. You feel like the whole world just bunched up against you. So i wasn't expecting much. Boy, was I up for a surprise. First, the simple smile and a warm welcome, the kind that makes you really feel welcome. Then the paperwork and the details. A lot of details but they are required, per rules, not the fault of the ladies helping us. And they did their absolute best to help us get all the paperwork in order. While at the office several people came. Each had something missing in their paperwork. But the ladies (Maria, Coco and another lady whose name I don't remember, sorry!) worked so hard to help them in getting the missing documents. Made phone calls, looked up addresses, kept explaining...everyone got top notch personal attention. Wow! And all done in a way that made my heart melt. At the end we gathered all required paperwork and our application was approved. I can not stress enough how grateful we are for the amazing help we received. And we are grateful for the three souls working at this office. I can not imagine nicer, more caring group, kudos to Charlie who hired these three Angels. Thank you!!!

Please make sure you have all the requirements and things will go smoothly it’s important to have unaltered documents as they cannot be approved. It also make processing your application easier.
