When we were there it was Saturday and Sunday
I had left on a Wednesday and while they didnt have a brunch style all you can eat deal. There was traditional Irish breakfast along with several other options that were well worth the coin
Brunch is currently served Sat and Sun at Raglan
Its been a while since we visited, but I believe Saturday only.
