Love the clothes love the store. Customer service needs work. We were checked out by a woman who seems to have an attitude every time my family and I visit this location. She isn’t helpful. And It’s getting to the point that we may try a different location. Feeling unwelcome is not a feeling my family and I want to repeat.

Terrible experience, will not be back. To start with the store is a mess. Staff more interested in having chats instead of working. Found staff at all other TH stores more helpful & shop floors better organised. Was rudely told by a member of staff to 'leave bag on floor outside changing room door I understand this is probably due to shop lifting however the management need to arrange a policy to safeguard bags outside changing room door. When I queried 'what if someone lifts my bag' the staff member (who looked like a child,!!) shrugged her shoulders. I do not take lightly leaving $200 lying unguarded. Management, please put something in place. I am not a shop lifter but was made to feel like one tonight. Not happy & will not be back to this store. Will be passing this on to family & friends.

Very disappointed because my shopping bag was stolen!!!. I entered here in my last day shopping with my shopping bag of Levis. I went to the fitting room and I was told from the guy there, that because of the policy of the store, I had to leave my shopping bag outside of the fitting room. I didn´t feel safe about that policy, but that guy insisted and didn´t let me in with my shopping bag, and said he´ll be looking after my bag. But after I tried my clothes and left the booth, I didn´t find my bag and went to claim for it. First the guy said, some of the staff took it to the office. After 10 min waiting... nothing. Nobody knew anything about it. I asked to talk to the manager, and after that, they went to check the surveillance camera. After 40 min waiting and be asked many times about what was inside the shopping bag, and what color of t-shirt, they brought me back my bag, and said: Somebody just took it "accidentally"... Hu?! Positive: The Manager tried to solve the situation and apologized properly. Negative: If the store have such policy may be because of thieves customers. If that so, is even worst when those thieves steal from others customers. This policy affect a third party, can´t you see it? If they steal from you (store), is between the store and customer. When they steal from other customer, is between you (responsible of the robbery) and me, and also between you and the thief. That is an Outlet Shopping. It supposed that everybody carry a shopping bag. It´s a NONSENSE that kind of policy!!
