i have a troy bilt tractor riding mower i replaced the battery put in a new plug changed the filter and it still wont start and i believe it has a vapor lock and it wont turn over and has couple other problems will ex[plain later

Vapor lock? I haven't seen vapor lock since 1964 in Chrysler's. Something is broke.
