Yes this is still happening. My first vist was great the second time I had to wait 1 hour before I got my soft drink and the movie was almost over and my bill was charged extra items, had to call manager twice

I have gone twice..this just recently opened ..so the theater is new..electric recliners ..your private table and a call bell for service..I've been delighted by this movie theater..had 0 problems ..but it is new so they are still working out everything I'm sure..I give them a 5 star rating
Everytime I have gone (4 times btw) I have had an issue....they process the card like you are in TX so it causes a security flag for me....stinks cause I have missed the ending of each of the movies now....

Gave this theater a second chance, won't be giving it a third. During our last experience there. The lights were left on in the theater for the first 20 minutes of the movie. They decided to restart the movie over. Lights kept coming on during the movie and the sound went out, the movie was rewound a second time but we still missed aprox 5 minutes of the movie. I ordered a water 20 minutes before the movie started, reminded the staff 4 times. Never received my water. Ordered ranch with my potato skins, received 2 sour cream instead (and was charged $1 extra for them) Other patrons had issues with their bill and the manager became snarky and yelled at them. A different manager fixed our food bill and apologized. No compensation was offered for the many issues during the movie itself, just excuses as to why it wasn't their fault.
