I was trying to make an appointment and after waiting hours on the phone some lady picked up the phone I was trying to explain I was calling to make a dental and medical she hung up on me then I try calling back phone rings and rings no one picks up.by the way today is Monday may, 16 started call around 8:10 got hung up around 10:30.

Why even bother scheduling appointments when you make the patient wait an additional hour or longer after the scheduled appointment time?!

The lack of attention, time efficiency, and disregard to patient's care that is constantly displayed deems them very unprofessional. On a phone for 30 min or more to schedule an appointment with them is ridiculous to say the least. Giving conflicting information to a patient is wrong on so many levels. This has been my 3rd or 4th experience with this people; I'm retaining new dental service elsewhere and filing complaints. Sheesh.

Oh such a wonderful lobby to look at for over an hour! Don’t go here the NP is a nice lady the front desk are Nice but the nurses can have attitudes and they will leave you sitting in the lobby for more then an hour past your wait time. I was in this medical office for 3 1/2 hours not as new patient! Beware oh and the dental office upstairs the lady made me and my child wait for an hour and a half letting people come and go inform of us claiming she’s still typing in my paper work! BS
