This was a very nice park but was not a specific dog park. I walk quite a bit searching for a dog area and did not find any. It is a nice man-made beach. There were people riding jet skies and kids playing in the splash park.

Nice small park. Guests need to be more diligent with poo pick-up and watching their over-aggessive dogs.

A few days ago I came here with a friend. We were sitting in my car talking, and nothing more. We see a man walking his dog, holding a flashlight and think nothing of it. He probably lives in the house next to the park. As we're chatting we keep an eye on the man because we're two young girls trying to be aware of our surroundings. He disappears from view then appears in my rear view mirror walking up with his flashlight. I panic and reverse, because I don't know his intentions and he SHINES THE LIGHT IN MY FACE as I'm trying to LEAVE. I shrug like "what??" because I wasn't doing anything suspicious and he could clearly see that with his bright light! That's extremely unsafe and terrifying. I don't know why this man thought that was okay, but I don't want to visit this park anymore. I was parked far away from his house and NOT even in the direction of his house to say that I am watching him. I was literally just talking to my friend in my car, in the parking lot of the park, not his driveway. I hope he realizes that he lives next to a public park where people will be because this behavior is scary and uncalled for.

As dog parks go, this one is pretty good. Two different sides for different size dogs. Lots of grass on each side. A hose for washing, water fountain for the dogs, picnic tables and benches for the humans. There are bathrooms across the parking lot by the park for kids. It's a pretty good location over all as it backs up to the turnpike and is surrounded by trees and the park.

Yes

Why can't they remove the rocks as you enter thru the gates . The rocks are not safe for anyone, especially for a handicap person . Please remove them . The park is great otherwise.
