Yes as the decorate for the holidays. When I was there they were setting up for Halloween. I believe she said something about there Christmas decorations.

Yes, although not all of it is. We were there this Christmas season and loved how they'd decorated it for the holiday, but the Chinese garden and the third part were not open.
