I was told recently that that there was a 12 month wait!
Call the complex they do have a waiting list very nice quite and around the area you have grocery stores publix, winndixie, they are building up around the area with more restaurants they are now building a Sam's club in the area
You will have to contact them as I am looking for an apt. I don't work there. They are very nice and helpful. I know they do have 1/1 apts.
