I was in surf city ..when the hurricane hit ..now I have been displaced in Jacksonville nc..I'm trying to get back to Fayetteville nc..I have a job waiting their for me to start next week ..does the red cross help with transportation

Not that I have ever heard of. What happened to your transportation? Why would you have been in Surf City after the mandatory evacuation had been issued?
