Just go to humane society, follow signs for dog dropoff. It's I the far back, and they will take it from there.
They just asked you questions about the dog so they know it's habits good and bad and the reasoning for you getting rid of it. You write down the information answer their questions and then they will take the dog.
Take him there.. walk inside... answer the questions.. walk out with no dog
