Updated 8/18/22: Be Warned. Billing here is not customer-centered. Read your agreement carefully. They will not make room if you need to cancel you membership for any life changes. You're paying through the end of the year or whatever billing cycle you agreed to, heaven forbid real-life happens. We had a location change, called to cancel, and they continued to charge for the next month. Then the owner tells me she can't issue a refund because she's not in control of billing. But wait, she's the owner? Doesn't make sense. Then she tells me they do month-to-month, but wait, that's exact what I thought I had. I wish them the best, but this is unacceptable. July 2022 Original Review: Great gym with plenty variety of equipment. Don't expect fancy. It's a simple gym. But if you're serious about working out, they've everything you need and more divided across five rooms. 1) squat racks, dumbbells, benches, free weights. 2) machines, climbing wall 3) video room for guided fitness and stretching 4) cross fit room 5) cardio room

The atmosphere and the vibe is everything in a gym. Especially if you need and want motivation. The moment I saw Eva I said, “that’s how a trainer should look.” Everyday is a new challenge two months in and it’s been amazing since!

I love that the facility is 24 hours with fair prices on facility usage and personal training. The facility is neat and clean no matter what time I go to to workout. I heard about this location from a friend and I’ve been in love. The staff and the members are friendly and courteous. I have Eva as my personal trainer and I tell everyone about her!
