You can call the County Sheriff’s Office but by the time they show up the person and dog will be long gone. Most are not service dogs but a holes who call them service dogs cause they don’t think the rules should apply to them and they let the dogs run all over peeing and crapping everywhere. Because they are a holes and they are not liked by anyone but the dog they incorrectly assume that it’s a service dog.

I wouldn't worry much about the dogs unless they are aggressive. A lot of dogs around retired communities are service dogs and have responsibilities towards the owners. Have fun, your in Florida.

Maybe the dog is registered as a service dog just like mine and he had a right to be there not having to be rude and in humane because the dog is probably not doing any harm to you lol
