Not really. It is a co-op and most of the lots are owned individually and occupied by mobile homes that have been there for decades. The homes are often rented but I've never seen a lot for rent.
It's more like a co-op place! More or less a trailer park with some full time people, some snow birds and some Vacation rentals! I have never seen an RV come through! Roads are super narrow, moving trucks can't even fit
No R.V s...it's a trailer/mobile home co-op owned park.
