a toilet is a regular landfill item. But, the you have regular household refuse pickup, your hauler should pickup non hazardous items like this. If your hauler does not, contact the Manatee County Solid Waste Dept and file a missed pickup report.
I do not work there but yes they take toilets or any other non hazardous materials you want to dump. Although you may think a toilet is hazardous waste it isn't. There is a minimum charge to any load you bring. I think it's around twenty bucks. Best to have more then just a toilet to dump.
