This place is clean, I’ll give them that. I tried to call 20+ times over the four days my dogs stayed there, and was only able to get in touch with them when I called their vets office and asked to speak to the front desk, and when I called corporate who patched me directly in. I paid extra money to get daily updates and photos, which I only received the first day. I choose pet paradise specifically because of the pool and never once saw my dogs near the pool. In fact, after their first full day there I never saw them out to play at all. The manager gave me a specific time window during which they’d be out, and still my dogs weren’t on any of the cameras. I just kept seeing the same group of dogs out all day enjoying playtime. Typically I bring my dogs to another PP location but I chose this one because it was closer to where we were staying. I’ll be sticking to our usual location from now on.

Always loved until recently. Had day camp reservations for long time. Just received call from snippy receptionist stating one of my dogs vaccinations just expired. Had them scheduled for first thing in morning while moving over the next 3 days. We counted on their attending camp. She said no vet appointments open and they can’t go to camp unless given shots. It’s Late in day the day before. Also vet tech was horrible last vacation and their records were incorrect. She was so adamant I was wrong and I knew I was not. She fought for over an hour while I was on vacation. I was at a complete loss for words and didn’t know what to say. They take too many animals. Changing vets. No loyalty to their long term customers. So upset and have nowhere to send our pups while we move over a couple days. We have no idea what we’ll do while we go to closing snd complete all paperwork. Will never patronize pet paradise again.

They seem to be great, extremely clean, friendly staff, BUT my big but is good luck getting a hold of them on the phone. Today was my dogs first day at this place and I've tried calling 3 times to ask how she is doing and could NOT get through, been put on hold way to long...

Love the staff and veterinarian, took excellent care for new client, like myself that had an emergency and got his shots, a physical on the care that he needs. Extremely well priced. Highly recommend anyone new to the area and they offer boarding services, along with all other pet care services.
