And this is an on going dilemma that happens all the time..the company has independent drivers who get less tide up as office drivers..my suggestion is if u find an independent driver get his or her direct number..and ride with one driver instead of waiting for dispatch to send a driver..
Hello i work for the company so ill try to explain as much of the issue about this as i can. At any portion of the day we may have to cover as many as 150 calls per hour and usually we have about 80 drivers/crews out which means about to calls per hour. Now here is a combination of issues that happens daily to possibly cause this isdue for you. When we get calls on our screens scheduled thru Medicaid (80% comes from them) the calls also goes to you, you as the client can except/refuse the call. Most don't do anything if correct number so driver is on his way, now say for instance the person we are picking up has moved, dont want to go or has cancelled the appointment and hasnt told anyone, that driver is still on his way we had no control over having this information. Now that driver can be anywhere in or out of the city and im only speaking of 1 and this happens a lot daily throughout the day. Remember we get to the ttip on our screen not knowing all of the previous info,
