What is the expected attire. Do women wear dresses/skirts? Must one's head be covered? Thank you.

Most women veil or wear hats, but its not required. As long as clothing is not revealing, no one would say anything about pants. Men usually wear collared shirts and ties with a few in suits.

Ideally, yes, but no one will tell you anything of you don't have a veil on, or are wearing jeans. But modest clothing, specially at church, is very important, and beautiful!
