It's not free but on Thursday is low cost spray and neuter day. And also Thursday and Saturday is low cost vaccine day. They provide great service.
It's not free. But it isnt too bad. I spent 180 total, but I got a few extra things as well. Cone was 10$, so you can take that off. But I believe the surgery itself without any meds or anything is somewhere sroung 60 to 80? Ball parking it here though.
