I've never had to stand in line. I just walked up, paid, took the pie and left. I could see it being a bit tight if there were a lot of people there though.
If you've been before then you know they have a narrow hallway from the parking lot to the dining room. Customers line up in the hallway, six feet apart. The dining room is no longer for dining, but instead it's for customers waiting for their food. If it gets crowded then they ask people to wait outside. It's not a good setup. Pro tip: after placing your order ask if they can pass it to you through their sidewalk-facing door.
