Do they ever answer their phones? (Lunch is between 12-2 but I've called during "business hours" and it always goes to voicemail--without a return call.)

If it's their voice mail hang up immediately and keep calling till they answer. I've been a patient there many years!

Sometimes! I think the doctor has to many patients and not enough staff to keep up. I've learned to just stop in. Best of luck.
