I am sure Kevin Thomas is a nice enough guy, but do not listen to him with regards to Oasis being a good option for pre/post settlement funding. Oasis is easily one of, if not the most expensive option for that service, typically charging around 3.99% a month compounded interest and due to being a huge company, they offer little in terms of customer service. I used Prime Case Funding, at least with them i didn't feel ripped off and could always get someone on the phone to help.
No they dint have partial settlement payments however you can contact them and ask if they deal with oasis settlement which can give you a loan on ur settlement. In return you will give them they money u borrow plus interest.
Nope they don't offer partial settlement payment...you can ask them for a loan til you get your money...ok call them every weeks like i did, you want to know what going with your case...they have alot of cases to deal with so that why you have not heard nothing yet...
