It’s been almost 3 years and I am so happy with the service I received from my attorney Chad and the staff at Simon & Simon. The second my accident happened, I reached to a law firm that couldn’t take my case and they routed me to Simon & Simon. Chad took over my case from another lawyer in the beginning and made sure I was taken care of and kept his promises. He was informative every step with updates and explained things to me thoroughly. He even gave me his cell phone number to leave the line of communication open at all times. Absolutely satisfied with my overall experience. They stealing people's money. They reel you in, lie to you n steal the money. They need investigated they are corrupt as ever.
They said i signed off on 40% however now they want an extra 3000 so that is like 60% for doing nothing. It took 3 years

I am sure Kevin Thomas is a nice enough guy, but do not listen to him with regards to Oasis being a good option for pre/post settlement funding. Oasis is easily one of, if not the most expensive option for that service, typically charging around 3.99% a month compounded interest and due to being a huge company, they offer little in terms of customer service. I used Prime Case Funding, at least with them i didn't feel ripped off and could always get someone on the phone to help.

You have to wait until they pay all your Bill's if you got a letter saying it was sent, it still has to clear on their end to pay your Bills and then write your remainder out. It will be atleast 60 days after they call....or after you have received a letter saying they were paid
I am glad that you were satisfied. I personally wouldnt recommend this firm to a dog! I just got a letter from them today saying they couldnt take my case and its been almost a year. I dont mind if they felt like i didnt have a case but they wouldnt contact me when i asked....only 1 of the initial paralegals did. The other 3 or 4 i almost had to beg them to contact me and all i wanted was to know if i had a case after all this time. They said i didnt have permanent injury however i had been unable to work at my job this year and ultimately had to resign because i still am unable to work. I not only lost my job but I lost my home also. All i asked from them was to contact me and when they did it was to tell me to try another firm. I wouldnt recommend this firm to ANYONE!!!
