I am a volunteer at the library the is no be cause of possible damage to the books or computers
No drinks or food are allowed inside the ♎ library..but people still have that bottle of water and the staff allowed that.. but more difficult with food..
I would say yes, as long as it has lid. Libraries are more liberal these days. But you might get a lecture if you spill it and make a mess.
