I was looking for a small storage room in Simi Valley but the ones that I found were a little above my budget..so I finally went to US Storage in Simi Valley and I talked to the most wonderful manager named Sherry and she was so warm,professional and Kind..she told me that at the moment they didn't have a room like I was looking for but she asked me for my phone number and promised me to call in case a room become available..in less of a week later I got a call from Victor who told me that they have the room that I need it, and reserved for me..I went as soon as I could to check it out, and it was perfect. and with the help of the wonderful Sherry, the process of paying was so smooth and I'm happy with the clean facilities and mostly for the customer service the US Storage Center provide..it should be an example for other companies..Thanks Sherry and Victor for your help..Martin Gonzalez.Simi Valley.Ca.

Had an amazing experience here at US Storage. I needed something asap and found this place, it wasn’t my first choice but when I walked in I got a really welcoming vibe. Victor was very helpful and friendly, he went over everything and answered all my questions, we even had a nice little chat that made the whole experience feel completely genuine. His customer service went above my expectations, and the cleanliness of the facility was top notch. Highly recommend this place! :)

Sherry was very helpful and knew her business! She was very attentive during my visit and walked to my storage unit to show me exactly how to secure it! Sherry is very nice and values her job! Definitely recommend US Storage in Simi! I was in a hurry to rent a space (last minute), and the facility came through big time!!! I'm sure the whole staff is great, but my experience with Sherri was remarkable. Sherri helped me with just about everything, from instructing me on using the lock to directions to the storage location, and everything in between. Great, friendly, secure, clean, and reasonable pricing!
