I've heard great things about the Dr but the staff doesn't answer the phone, return calls so how do you schedule an appointment?

I really like Dr. Shamlou; he is kind and listens to his patients. However, I have requested an MRI twice and nobody calls me to set it up.

I've never had an issue with being able to schedule an appointment.I had some issues with getting a return phone call from their personal assistance but they're very busy office so we have to take that into account.
