I am very fortunate to have Dr. Claudia Lira and her staff be part of my transition, I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and respect they give to me as a patient. I have been a loyal patient for the past year and the quality of care received is excellent. The facility is impeccably clean and adheres to the protocol of wearing a mask and sanitation rules are strictly enforced for the safety of all that enter the facility. My experience has been a very positive and pleasant one, The instruments are always sterilized and the linen fresh and clean, The staff is very friendly and making my comfort their priority is a quality any patient looks for. KEEP AWAY!!! WORST ELECTROLYSIS LOCATION IN CA!!! Claudia feels offended if you ask that her office give YOU, the paying customer, the same 48-hr cancellation notice she expects of you. Professionals from every industry will have emergencies & last minute cancellations, and cancel on us, the customer/patient/etc. Ok. But it becomes a problem when they penalize the customer with expensive fees for having to cancel within 24 hrs, but won’t hold themselves to the same standard. Claudia had a very negative tone from the moment she answered the phone, rude, combative, ugly. Had I known this was the monster behind the mask, I would’ve skipped her immediately. So here’s a heads up: Don’t invest your time with Claudia’s location. Especially if you’re going thru insurance, YOU WILL REGRET IT! You’ve been warned

It's my turn: 😂... Claudia is a very amazing down earth person; she makes me feel comfortable every single time! I am transgender, and I recommend her to anyone undergoing transition. I can see that she is passionate about her job, and is an honest soul. I personally love Caudia's work, and look forward to many appointments with her. She is very easy to get along with. Listen....Claudia is the best Electrolysis EVER!!!! I will forever be a loyal customer to her. She is very knowledgeable in the work that she does, and she always does a great job removing the hair from my face. There has been major improvements since I started going to her. She is just great, try her and you will see.
