Same Patty, same bun, and if you bother with it, same fries. It's one of the simplest menu equations that exist. Why the hell does it still take almost 7 to 10 minutes during non-peak hours?

Honestly 7-10 minutes Seems Pretty Good. According to Bobby Flay and the Food Network, it takes about 8 minutes to grill/cook a patty. And that's just the meat. They still have the fries, (and shake if you are like me) and remaining prep for your burger. It takes me at least 20 minutes to complete a burger, wbu?

Haha....can't rush perfection!

They cooked their beef patty fresh, not pre-cooked then just reheat like McDonald's and others.

It takes 4.5 minutes just for the patty to cook.. that’s why it takes 7-10 god damn minutes!!!!!!!!

Why would anyone think that cook time should change based on how many customers are in the dining area? To me that's the beauty of how efficient they are, they can have a full house and live out the door and you still get your order in about the same time once it's placed. They know their peak hours and are always well staffed.

Because they have to cook the food...?

Brian Madrid | Mar 22, 2018

They have to meet the same food preparation and handling guidelines everyone else does.
