I have NEVER in my life had such terrible quality and service from any restaurant!! I ordered an 18 piece boneless wing with fries, The boneless wings were incredibly small, burnt, and dry. The fries that I ordered were soggy and cold although I ordered them crispy. I placed my order at 8:35PM and I picked it up at 8:53 PM, there is no reason why my food should be ice cold in less than 20 minutes. This place has some of the best wings in the valley, yet the quality and the service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire life. This location needs to do the same thing that the Surprise location did and close down for a season and hire quality staff and quality managers that understand the importance of customer service. This company could be the next Chick-fil-A but will NEVER be until they reorganize, correct and establish a better system for their staff and management. As a black woman wanting to support black businesses I really hate that I had to leave this type of review! I wish nothing but success for this company! Just do better guys!!

The bone in wings were hard, the boneless were just a tad bit better, but not much. The fries were to my satisfaction. The atmosphere was light and airy.i asked my child at 10 years old what was the best part of our visit she said the boneless wings. The part I appreciate most is when I complained the cook tried to make it better. The result wasn't better , but the effort was good.

Been here 4 times now Customer service is not important to them. Very rude people and they do not have the same standards of the others in the west valley. Im never rude to them They just make you feel like your an inconvenience every time no matter who you get at this location. I will use buffalo wild wings across the street. Their standards and customer service are much better.

Good food but absolutely terrible service and terrible wait times even when you order online ahead of time. It was only 12 wings and fries. They make the food out of order so it doesn’t even matter your number or what time you ordered they’ll just bump random ones in front of you. They lied to me when I tried to cancel my order and said it would be out in 4 minutes and it took another 20. Thanks for ruining ATL wings for me.
