Staff wanted to go home early apparently. They shut the lights off at 9pm and were flinging full garbage bags around me while I was eating at 8:45. Dirty table that I cleaned myself. They told two customers that came in after me that they were closed. But if they wanted to order online they would make it. They both left. The food was delicious and as expected. Minus one star for the service/experience and minus one more for basically telling customers to go away so you can go home right at 10 when you close.

Haven't eaten there in a while, and I have to say it was very disappointing when we went back. We waited 20 minutes for our food, and there was nobody else in front of us. Nothing came out at the same time, so our burgers got cold while the fries were still cooking. Our fries didn't even come out at the same time. The burgers were way overcooked and dry. They tasted nothing like the burgers of the past, which we used to love. Young kids were working there, and with the exception of one young man who was actually helping new customers and stocking supplies, little else was getting done. The others were drinking soda, on their phones and putting on lip gloss. We won't be going back.

40 minuet wait due to 20+ online orders?? There were only 4 tables in the restaurant and most already had there food. Why not put one cook on In store orders and another for online orders so people are not walking out due to online orders taking priority. Just seems like you missed out $$ with a simple solution. Store was not understaffed by means tonight.

Never again I use to love this place there food use to be good but lately it’s been terrible my crispy chicken sandwich was uncooked and raw so glad I caught it I could have gotten food poisoning, last time I ordered my sandwich didn’t have chicken just the lettuce tomato and bread and I didn’t complain just thought it was a mistake I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but there service sucks as of recently just a bunch of immature young people messing around lately my order is always wrong or cold
