Do you guys sell hissing cockroaches

yes, they had a colony going the last time I checked :-)

We treat hissing cockroaches as pets. When we have them, they are housed with the other cold-blooding animals. If you are looking for feeder roaches, we sell Dubia roaches, along with crickets, superworms, and other insects.

They usually always have them.

I don't remember seeing any for sale the 4 or 5 separate times I've been there.
