I have found that prices are good on all animals and products here, which I'm sure will apply to their parrots. They even sold me a broken but fixable cage at discount that they took from the back room because I was tight on money.
They have birds, including parrots sometimes. Not sure on pricing on birds specifically, but in general that have very reasonable prices. I'm sure they could let you know both specific availability and pricing by phone - they are friendly.
Andy's has always been very helpful in my experience. If you explain what you're looking for, they will try to help. They even referred me to another shop for an item they don't carry. And they really seem to care about the critters.
