Is there a time period when this rest stop will reopen? It looks beautiful but the road to get to the rest stop is closed.

We took that road but it had oranges barrels blocking the road. We just turned into the Yellowhorse Trading Shop gravel area.

It was on Thanksgiving Day 2018, big complex just tricky to get to, same road as trading post & casino if I remember right.
