Lowe's does sell Troy mowers and simpler parts such as air filters and gas filters. As for specific parts, I would recommend Boise Small Engine Repair, which either carries the parts you need or can order it for you. This takes about 7 days. The model number is important in ordering and can usually be found on the engine of your mower.
