You know, i called them about the gate when left open at night, and explained insurance wouldn't cover theft like that, i was told it was on the customer. i had a phone connected to a bluetooth speaker with another phone recording the call (which is 100% legal and even admissible in a california court), so i can't recommend thete security. would be possoble to access the property from a field in back.
