It is warm in the sun but cool breezes are almost constant! Shaded areas also!
Hot during the day in the summer months. I recommend going in the fall or spring. If you have to go in summer, go early in the day.
Its probably warmer than what you're used to, but there are trees for shade, you'll enjoy.... After all you're not working...
I think it depends on the time of year as to how hot but my husband and I went mid day in april and it was gorgeous. It was warm. Definitely. But comfortable. I would imagine now it is pretty hot. Go early to beat the heat and maybe the crowd of you're lucky.
I agree with Milton's answer. We visited May 10. I recommend going as early in the day as possible. They typically open at 8am.

Hot And dry. Stay on the trails and bring water...but we'll worth the stop!!
