No, just a view of. If you get a National Parks Pass, it is good for almost all the National Parks and Monuments. However, if you are not sure you will get the value from it, oay as you go abd save your tickets. If you reach the amount you would have spent on a pass, you can trade the tickets in towards the purchase of a pass. They will honor tickets bought within on year. Dollar for dollar.
Short answer is no; the cliff dwellings are off limits to park visitors. However, researchers and MCNM Park Rangers make occasional visits into the castle to conduct research and/or to check on the integrity of the structures that make up the castle. One of the rangers told me that they visit up to 15 times a year for various upkeep, structural checks, and really any good reason they can think of, because it's an amazing sight. So, no if you're a run-of-the-mill visitor; possibly if you're a researcher; and yes if you're a MCNM Park Ranger.
