Very very clean. Night receptionist with the awesome smile (maybe Vince) as well as day shift we’re very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend. Plus if you stay with them, present the information to the Denny’s in the adjoining parking lot for discount:)

Our car broke down on the side of the road a mile from comfort inn, I called to get a room and the front desk lady was so nice concerned and accommodating to help my family get a place to stay so we didn’t have to sleep in our van. I continued to get great customer service our whole entire stay. The laundry is inexpensive and easy to access, the beds were comfortable and it has easy access to the freeway. Great hotel to stay out if you’re passing through

First off, the staff deserves 5 stars, however the owner of this hotel needs to do a serious update. Walls are thin and can hear everything, place appears old and run down. The mini fridge made a loud high pitched ringing noise that only stopped when the cooler temp was shut off. The beds and pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was good but the room had absolutely no information, no flyers, no restaurant coupons and very poor Wi-Fi. Half the places that post "delivery" on their web site, don't. And for the area, and the fact that there's no on site restaurant, it should cost less. Like I said, the staff are awesome but the place needs an over haul.

Rooms were adequate. No towel bar in bathroom or place to hang clothing. Does not have a suitcase rack. Breakfast was typical, eggs sausage waffle, and some cereals. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Floors are very dirty and main hallways did not appear to have been vacuumed in several days. Convenient location with Starbucks and other restaurants located nearby.

I saw several pets when we were there. However, I think they are only allowed in specific rooms.
Try putting a credit card or cash on the counter and watch how quick they rent to you
They only require a $100 deposit if you are paying cash, It is refundable upon checkout after they check room to make.sure nothing is damaged or missing . If you have a dog it is a 45$ pet fee that is NON REFUNDABLE
No, just a microwave. You could plug a hot plate in if you have one, but nothing is provided.
