why did you folks stop fully cooking your oatmeal? uncooked oatmeal is UNDIGESTIBLE! when you folks cooked it correctly (i.e. after soaking all night), it was soft. since you folks stopped, it's tough--ALMOST crunchy! <- UNCOOKED = UNDIGESTIBLE!
