Why would anyone lie or not tell the truth re: proof of residency. Post office change of address, same month bank statements & utility bills are so easily modified or even forged online, using certain type of chemical & may I know the reasons of asking these easily duplicated or do-it-yourself documents at copy center like UPS Store. Can anyone see the possibility of it be used as seemingly the reasons when in fact maybe used as form of discrimination of non-white

Hello- We recommend calling and speaking with your local center. Typically a bank statement is not sufficient-instead you would need a lease agreement, piece of postmarked mail with your name listed, or a utility bill. Thank you.
