It's been a year since these people damaged my trailer 209 and they kept saying that they were going to repair it "they even asked for estimates" but now they're saying that they're not responsible that they didn't find any evidence that it was damage by their incompetent, unlicensed yard drivers even though their loss prevention person said it had to of been one of their drivers when he took the pictures. This is how they treat an owner operator that's been Working with them for at least 15 years so imagine how they treat newer drivers and before a Gilbert west employee answers this post saying I must have the wrong yard "it is the right yard Gilbert west on ficus"

If you are dropping a trailer here good luck, they had my trailer for over a week now and I can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve called 148 times no answer. They have to be the most mismanaged company on the face of earth. I’ve been to bad warehouses but I’ve never had to get the local authorities involved for any loads before.

Big yard easy to put the trailer, no empties though but easy and easy out all was good

Had to fix mudflap took me 45 mins but TA said 5 hours would have been faster but i didn't have a torx on me 2 pipe locks sorted that out
