The weekend rate, which includes using the barn from Friday at 4pm til Sunday at noon is just under $4000. This includes the tables and chairs, set up of them and the barn also has an air conditioned loft with 8 beds so that the bridal party can stay the night before and after. There is a tv, pool table and other stuff in the loft as well.
For what you get. Too much. But I believe it's 5 to 10 k.
