There is on-site hotel parking (for a fee) plus a larger public lot right next door on the south side.

No there is no parking, it's not public parking for the hotel you have to pay a lot of money to park in the parking lot next to the hotel, but if you want free parking and you don't mind walking it would be a couple blocks past Santa Clara Street, I suggest Google free parking in that area
Yes, there's parking on the side of the building. Not a ton though!
