Mr. Tint did an amazing job with the window tinting and the paint protection wrap. We also had the leather protection applied. They were super professional and very knowledgeable about the products, took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood all the options. The staff was AMAZING!! (almost as amazing as the finished product). In the end, they finished my car faster than expected and provided great value. I came to pick it up and it looked perfect!!! This is the second Tesla we had worked on here and we are super impressed with this shop. Don't take your cars anywhere else. Thank you Mr. Tint!!

Last fall, I reached out to a handful of local tint shops for information and pricing. Evelyn provided noticeably more details and options than the other tint shops. The other tint shops just didn't seem to care on service. A month ago (summer), I finally circled back to Evelyn in getting this done. I decided to go with Mr. Tint because of her communication and service. I went with Xpel XR. When comparing to the Tesla glass roof, the heat reduction is very noticeable. If I got another car, I'd definitely come back. Thanks again!

I have been hesitant to write this review but I have been thinking about the experience I had since Tuesday 5/10/22 when I picked up my vehicle. Today is Friday 5/13/22 I purchased the ceramic tint for my front two windows and the regular tint for the back Booking was easy, when I arrived there was a short wait. I had a 2pm appointment, I dropped off my car around 1:35pm and was told my car would be ready around 5:30pm because it’s a little harder than most due to the tiny windows in the back I received a text at 4:42pm that my car was almost ready and to head back to the shop My first mistake was not checking my car before paying, I didn’t see it when I drove back to the lot so I went straight to the office to pay. Once the woman walked me to the car I realized the front two tints were too dark, I asked to confirm that the front two were the correct color shade I chose and she confirmed it, obviously this was my mistake, so I asked if she can ask the other man that was working the desk when I arrived if he could change them to a lighter tint and how much that would be,, this is where our interactions changed and I became worried. He seemed extremely annoyed that I was unhappy(even though I would be paying to change it) this was after I paid the $507 for my vehicle, they quoted me at $245 to change the front two for a lighter shade. I made the appointment but quickly rescheduled to a later week due to the large streaks I saw, they mentioned a two week “setting” period so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that they would be streak free by the following week. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to inspect my car further while at the shop after the interaction I just had, I left practically in tears,, I was pretty taken aback considering how kind and professional he was when I dropped my car off earlier You would think after spending a large amount of $ and basically promising to spend more you would be treated better.. Anyway, upon further inspection it felt like a rush job. The front two look great however my issue is with the rear windows + small windows in the back, the way they were cut is uneven and there is a large piece that wraps around where one strip is solid, you can see the uneven cut all the way around *photo attached Not only that but I see a scratch on the plastic that wraps around the passenger window There is tint is sticking out from the inside of the car window *photo attached A sponge was left behind and I had some large wet streaks running down the inside of my door frame. I’m hoping they will make this right. It’s a shame that once your $ is in their hands the side table manners are out the window I will update this review after my second visit on 5/19/22

I’d like to give a huge shout out to Mr.Tint. They were able to accommodate me in their busy schedule and I had no issues during the whole process. My 4Runner was done at the time they told me they’d expect it to be completed. The staff was really friendly and welcomed me. They were also nice enough to explain the different kinds of tint and benefits. Communication between Evelyn was spectacular, she replies quickly and is more than happy to answer any of your questions. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go see Mr. Tint for their window tint and paint protection needs.
